Velvety and custard-like, this cocktail combines Baileys and advocaat for pronounced creamy vanilla and egg-yolk notes with a clean vodka bite to keep it from becoming cloying. Pale beige and luxuriously smooth, it’s an easy dessert-style sipper or nightcap when you want something rich but unfussy.

Ingredients

  • 2 cl Baileys® Original Irish Cream
  • 2 cl Advocaat Liqueur
  • 2 cl Vodka

Instructions

  1. Combine the Bailey's® Irish Cream, advocaat liqueur, and vodka in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake the mixture well until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into an Old-Fashioned glass, allowing the aromas to develop.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy your drink responsibly.
