Amigo

Bright and fruit-forward, the Amigo layers ripe banana and apricot notes over a light white rum base with a refreshing pear juice backbone and a touch of grenadine sweetness. It pours a delicate pink-hued, slightly viscous cocktail that tastes like a balanced, tropical fruit medley, easy to enjoy and great when you want something playful but not overly heavy.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz White Rum
  • 0.75 oz Crème de Banane Liqueur
  • 0.25 oz Apricot Brandy
  • 1.5 oz Pear Juice
  • Dash Grenadine

Instructions

  1. Add white rum, creme de bananes, apricot brandy, pear juice, and grenadine syrup into a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Serve immediately.
