Applejack Cocktail

Bright and snappy, the Applejack Cocktail balances tart fresh lemon with the warm, fruity backbone of applejack and a touch of sweet grenadine for roundness and color. Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Laird's® Applejack Brandy
  • 4 dashes Grenadine
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Add Applejack® brandy, grenadine syrup, and fresh lemon juice to the shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously until the mixture is well-chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass.
  5. Serve the cocktail immediately.
