Normandy Cooler

Bright and apple-forward, the Normandy Cooler balances Calvados' orchard fruit with sharp lemon and a touch of grenadine sweetness, finished with fizzy soda for lift. It appears a pale amber with a faint rose tinge and a lemon spiral perched on a tall collins glass. A refreshing, easy-to-sip highball perfect for warm afternoons or as a light aperitif.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Calvados
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Grenadine
  • 0.5 oz Sugar Syrup
  • 4 oz Soda Water

Instructions

  1. Fill a collins glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour Calvados® brandy over the ice.
  3. Add lemon juice to the glass.
  4. Mix in grenadine syrup, followed by sugar syrup.
  5. Top the drink with soda water.
  6. Garnish with a spiral of lemon and serve immediately.
