Viking's Helmet

Bright, effervescent highball that balances the herbaceous, caraway-forward character of aquavit with neutral vodka, zesty lime and a hint of sweet pineapple, all lifted by spicy ginger ale. Pale golden with bubbles and a lime twist, it’s a light, refreshing summer sipper that’s quick to make and fun if you enjoy citrusy, slightly botanical drinks.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Aquavit
  • 0.75 oz Absolut® Vodka
  • 0.75 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.33 oz Pineapple Syrup
  • 3 oz Ginger Ale

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Pour aquavit into the glass.
  3. Add Absolut® vodka, lime juice, and pineapple syrup.
  4. Top up with ginger ale.
  5. Garnish with a twist of lime.
  6. Serve immediately.
