Grappa Strega

Bright citrus top notes and a pronounced herbal-sweet core from Strega ride on a warm, grape-driven grappa backbone. The drink is clear-golden, crisp and a little syrupy, with lemon and orange lifting the liqueur's sweetness into a lively, aromatic sip. It's a short, elegant shaken digestif for fans of herbaceous, spirit-forward cocktails.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Grappa Brandy
  • 1 oz Liquore Strega®
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Orange Juice

Instructions

  1. Add grappa brandy, Strega® herbal liqueur, lemon juice, and orange juice into a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well until the mix is chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
