Banana Foster Martini

Tastes like a boozy banana-chocolate milkshake with pronounced banana and rich dark chocolate notes, smoothed by vanilla ice cream for a silky, sweet finish. Pale tan and velvety in appearance with a dusting of cocoa, it’s a decadent dessert-style martini worth making for after-dinner indulgence or parties.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Banana Liqueur
  • 2 oz Godiva® Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions

  1. Start by adding the vodka, banana liqueur, Godiva® chocolate liqueur, half a banana, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream into a blender.
  2. Blend the ingredients until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Carefully pour the blended cocktail mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. To finish, garnish the cocktail with a light dusting of powdered cocoa on top.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy your Banana Foster Martini.
