Bora Bora

A bright, tropical non-alcoholic highball that tastes sweet and tangy, juicy pineapple and fragrant passion fruit with a squeeze of lemon and a hint of grenadine. It pours a sunny golden-orange color, finished with a pineapple slice and cherry for a classic island look. Easy and refreshing, it's a crowd-pleasing poolside sipper or brunch mocktail.

Ingredients

  • 10 cl Pineapple Juice
  • 6 cl Passion Fruit Juice
  • 1 cl Lemon Juice
  • 1 cl Grenadine

Instructions

  1. Combine the pineapple juice, passion fruit juice, lemon juice, and grenadine syrup in a blender or cocktail shaker.
  2. Blend or shake thoroughly to mix the ingredients together.
  3. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over the ice.
  5. Garnish with a slice of pineapple on the rim and place a cherry on top.
