Ingredients

1 oz Bacardi® Reserva Ocho Rum
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Pineapple Juice
0.75 oz Offley® Rich Tawny Port
0.5 Egg

Instructions

Add Bacardi® 8 Rum, simple syrup, pineapple juice, Offley Rich® tawny port, and half an egg to a shaker filled with ice.
Shake thoroughly until all ingredients are combined and chilled.
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
