Apple Fairy

Crisp, lightly sweet apple flavors meet a whisper of anise from the absinthe, finished with bright, fizzy sparkle from the sparkling apple juice. Visually it’s pale gold with floating apple-juice ice cubes that slowly release fresh apple as they melt. It’s a refreshing, low-proof sipper worth trying when you want something simple, fruity and a little herbaceous.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 oz Absinthe
  • 2/3 oz Apple Vodka
  • 3 oz Sparkling Apple Juice

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing apple juice ice cubes in advance and allow them to freeze completely.
  2. Place three apple juice ice cubes into a cocktail glass.
  3. Pour the absinthe herbal liqueur over the ice cubes.
  4. Add the apple vodka to the cocktail glass.
  5. Top off the drink with sparkling apple cider until the glass is filled.
