Boardwalk Breeze

A bright, easy-drinking tropical cocktail that layers coconut rum and almond-sweet amaretto over orange and pineapple juices with a blush of grenadine. It tastes sweet and fruity with prominent coconut and nutty almond notes, looks sunny and coral in a hurricane glass, and is a refreshing choice for summer or poolside sipping.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Malibu® Coconut Rum
  • 1.5 oz Amaretto Liqueur
  • 1 part Orange Juice
  • 1 part Pineapple Juice
  • 0.25 dash Grenadine

Instructions

  1. Pour the Malibu® Rum and Amaretto into a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Add the orange juice, pineapple juice, and a dash of grenadine to the shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a Hurricane glass.
  5. Serve immediately, and enjoy your Boardwalk Breeze.
