Peachy Keen

Bright, fruity and mildly spiced. Ripe peach juice softens the Canadian whisky while a splash of cinnamon liqueur adds warming spice and depth. Poured up into a chilled cocktail glass it presents a pale peach hue and a silky texture from shaking. It's an easy, crowd-pleasing sipper worth trying for summer afternoons or casual evenings.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Canadian Whisky
  • 2.5 oz Peach Juice
  • 0.25 oz Cinnamon Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker a quarter full with crushed ice.
  2. Add Canadian whisky, peach nectar, and cinnamon schnapps to the shaker.
  3. Shake the mixture well to ensure all the ingredients are combined.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Serve immediately.
