Scotch Rickey

Bright and brisk, the Scotch Rickey pairs the smoky, malty character of Scotch with zesty lime and fizzy soda for a light, refreshing highball. Pale and effervescent with a curl of lime peel on top, it’s an easy, palate-cleansing choice when you want Scotch without the weight of a stirred-on-the-rocks drink.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Scotch
  • 0.5 Lime Lime Juice
  • Fill Carbonated Water

Instructions

  1. Add ice cubes to a highball glass.
  2. Pour the scotch over the ice.
  3. Squeeze the juice from half a lime into the glass.
  4. Top up with carbonated water.
  5. Stir gently to combine the flavors.
  6. Garnish with a lime peel.
