Ricard Tomate

A light, aromatic aperitif that tempers Ricard's anise-forward, herbaceous character with a dash of sweet grenadine and plenty of water. It appears pale and slightly louched with a subtle pink tint and drinks very refreshingly. Ideal as a low-ABV, easy sipper for warm weather or as a pre-dinner palate opener.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Ricard® Pastis
  • 0.25 oz Grenadine
  • 4-5 oz Water

Instructions

  1. In a highball glass, pour the Ricard® pastis.
  2. Add the grenadine syrup to the glass, allowing it to blend with the pastis.
  3. Fill the glass with water, adjusting the amount to reach your preferred taste.
  4. Add ice to the glass to chill the drink.
  5. Serve immediately.
