Yuppidoo

Velvety and dessert-forward, the Yuppidoo tastes of sweet coffee and warm vanilla with a subtle herbal lift from Galliano. It pours a pale beige and feels silky on the palate, more like an elegant adult milkshake than a straight spirit drink. Try it as an after-dinner sipper if you enjoy creamy, coffee-forward cocktails that aren’t overly boozy.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 1 oz Kahlúa® Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 oz Galliano® Herbal Liqueur
  • 1 oz Vanilla Liqueur
  • 1 dash Half & Half

Instructions

  1. Add Irish cream, Kahlua, Galliano, vanilla liqueur, and half-and-half to a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a highball glass.
