Bright, juicy and decidedly tropical, the Psycho blends golden rum and herbaceous Galliano with orange and pineapple juices for a sweet, citrus-forward sip finished by a pink wash of grenadine. It looks like a sunlit beach cocktail (golden-orange with a red gradient and fruit garnish) and is an easy, crowd-pleasing choice when you want something fruity and refreshing.

Ingredients

4 cl Rum
2 cl Galliano® Herbal Liqueur
8 cl Orange Juice
8 cl Pineapple Juice
2 cl Grenadine

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain the mixture carefully into a highball glass.
Decorate the drink with a slice of orange, a piece of pineapple, and a red cocktail cherry for garnish.
