Hot Buttered Mocha

A Hot Buttered Mocha is a creamy, dessert-like hot drink where rich cocoa and hot coffee are sweetened with butterscotch schnapps and smoothed with half-and-half. It presents as a steaming, chocolate-brown mug crowned with whipped cream and offers a warm, indulgent flavor with a gentle boozy note. Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
  • 8 oz Coffee
  • 1 oz Half & Half
  • 2 tbsp Nestlé® Hot Cocoa Mix

Instructions

  1. Place the hot chocolate mix at the bottom of a large coffee mug.
  2. Pour hot coffee into the mug over the mix and stir until incorporated.
  3. Add half-and-half and butterscotch schnapps according to taste, ensuring the drink is well combined.
  4. If desired, top the drink with a spray of whipped cream to garnish.
