Bob Dandy

A silky, slightly sweet, wine-forward sipper, Dubonnet Rouge provides raisiny, quinine-tinged aromatics while brandy adds plush stone-fruit warmth and a boozy backbone. Deep ruby in the glass and stirred chilled, it’s an uncomplicated, elegant drink worth ordering or making when you want a smooth aperitif or low-effort after-dinner tipple.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Dubonnet® Rouge
  • 1.5 oz Brandy

Instructions

  1. Add Dubonnet® Rouge vermouth and brandy to a mixing glass filled halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Stir the mixture thoroughly until well chilled.
  3. Carefully strain the concoction into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Serve promptly for optimal taste.
