Almost Heaven

Almost Heaven is a sweet, fruity long drink that balances tart raspberry and cranberry notes with the almond warmth of amaretto and a bright splash of pineapple. It pours a deep pink hue in a Collins glass, easy-sipping and refreshing, a fun, crowd-pleasing cocktail for casual gatherings or warm evenings.

Ingredients

  • 1.25 oz Absolut® Kurant Vodka
  • 0.75 oz Amaretto Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Chambord® Black Raspberry Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 0.5 oz Cranberry Juice

Instructions

  1. Fill a Collins glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour Absolut Kurant over the ice in the glass.
  3. Add Amaretto and Chambord raspberry liqueur to the glass.
  4. Top off the drink with a splash of pineapple juice and a splash of cranberry juice.
  5. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
