Black Menta

A short, intense shooter that marries bittersweet dark chocolate with a bright, herbal mint lift. It pours an opaque deep brown and tastes rich and chocolate-forward up front, finishing with a cooling, slightly bitter menthol note, ideal as a quick after-dinner digestif or dessert shot for chocolate-and-mint fans.

Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz Mozart® Black Chocolate Liqueur
  • 0.25 oz Fernet Branca® Menta

Instructions

  1. Chill a shot glass in advance or fill it with ice to cool it down quickly.
  2. Pour the measured Mozart® Black chocolate liqueur into the chilled shot glass.
  3. Add the Fernet Branca® Menta to the glass, allowing the two ingredients to mix slightly.
  4. Gently stir the mixture to combine the flavors evenly.
  5. Serve the drink immediately to enjoy it at its best temperature.
