Captain Creamsicle

A boozy, nostalgic creamy cocktail that tastes like a spiked creamsicle, bright orange sherbet and vanilla ice cream mellowed by spiced rum. It pours pale orange and frothy, rich and smooth, making it an easy, indulgent dessert or summertime treat worth trying.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Captain Morgan® Original Spiced Rum
  • Fill Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Fill Orange Sherbet

Instructions

  1. Pour Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum into a blender.
  2. Add equal parts of vanilla ice-cream and orange sherbet to the blender, adjusting to taste.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the mixture into a glass of your choice and serve immediately.
