Mango Mosa

A bright, bubbly brunch cocktail that layers sweet mango-passion liqueur and tropical cranberry-mango juice under a lively stream of champagne. It tastes sweet and tropical with a slight cranberry tang and brisk effervescence, and looks pretty in a flute, golden-pink with a star-fruit slice perched on the rim. Worth ordering or making when you want an easy, celebratory twist on a classic mimosa.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Marie Brizard® Mango Passion Liqueur
  • 3 oz Ocean Spray® Cranberry Mango Juice
  • Fill Champagne

Instructions

  1. Pour the Marie Brizard® Mango Passion liqueur into a champagne flute.
  2. Add the Ocean Spray® mango juice to the flute.
  3. Fill the glass with champagne and allow the ingredients to mix naturally.
  4. Garnish with a slice of star-fruit before serving.
