Apple Pie

A bright, apple-forward cocktail that evokes apple pie, sweet orchard notes from the applejack and grenadine balanced by mellow light rum and a whisper of herbal sweetness from sweet vermouth. Shaken and served up, it pours a pale rosy-gold hue and makes an easy, dessert-style sipper for cozy evenings or autumn gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Light Rum
  • 0.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 tsp Laird's® Applejack Brandy
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 tsp Grenadine

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Combine light rum, sweet vermouth, applejack, lemon juice, and grenadine in the shaker.
  3. Shake the mixture well until it's thoroughly combined and chilled.
  4. Strain the drink into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy your Apple Pie cocktail.
