Dixie Dew

A compact, spirit-forward bourbon cocktail brightened by a whisper of white crème de menthe and a touch of triple sec. It looks like a clear amber pour with a very subtle herbal sheen and drinks boozy, smooth, and slightly sweet with a cool mint-tinged finish. Worth trying if you enjoy bold whiskey sips that are nudged toward an herbal-citrus accent rather than a full-flavored liqueur cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Bourbon
  • 0.5 tsp Crème de Menthe Blanche Liqueur
  • 0.5 tsp Triple Sec Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Fill a mixing glass halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Combine the bourbon, white creme de menthe, and triple sec in the mixing glass.
  3. Stir the mixture thoroughly to ensure it is well combined.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail glass.
