Cool Coco

A bright, grapefruit-forward highball softened by sweet coconut liqueur, tart and slightly bitter with a noticeable tropical coconut sweetness. Visually pale pink over ice with a pop of red from cherry garnish, it's light and approachable. Ideal when you want a quick, refreshing tropical-citrus sip without heavy creaminess or fuss.

Ingredients

  • 1 part Bols® Coconut Liqueur
  • 2 parts Grapefruit Juice

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour 1 part Bols Coconut Creole® Liqueur into the glass.
  3. Add 2 parts grapefruit juice to the mixture.
  4. Stir gently until well combined.
  5. Garnish the drink with cherries.
