Pernod Fizz

A bright, bubbly aperitif that balances Pernod's anise-forward, herbal sweetness with juicy mandarin and crisp Champagne. Ingredients

  • 3 oz Champagne
  • 0.75 oz Pernod®
  • 1 oz Mandarin Juice

Instructions

  1. Fill a white wine glass three-quarters full with broken ice.
  2. Pour in Champagne.
  3. Add Pernod® Licorice Liqueur.
  4. Incorporate mandarin juice.
  5. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
  6. Garnish with a cherry and an orange slice.
  7. Serve immediately.
