Le 333

Bright grapefruit acidity and a touch of bitter citrus meet the apple-rich warmth of Calvados and the sweet orange notes of curaçao for a light, fruit-forward sipper. It appears pale pink over crushed ice in a flute, finished with a lemon slice, cherry and mint for aroma and visual appeal. A refreshing, easy aperitif worth ordering when you want something crisp, slightly tart, and not overly boozy.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Calvados
  • 1 oz Dry Orange Curaçao Liqueur
  • 1 oz Grapefruit Juice

Instructions

  1. Fill a champagne flute three-quarters full with crushed ice.
  2. Add Calvados® Brandy, Dry Orange Curacao Liqueur, and grapefruit juice to a cocktail shaker.
  3. Shake the mixture well to combine the ingredients.
  4. Strain the mixture into the champagne flute over the crushed ice.
  5. Garnish with a slice of lemon, a cherry, and a mint sprig.
  6. Serve with a straw on the side for a refreshing sip.
