Fat Cat

A lush, dessert-style shooter that marries Baileys' creamy chocolate-vanilla base with the almond warmth of amaretto and a bright banana sweetness. Pale tan and velvety, it's smooth and indulgent, an easy, crowd-pleasing after-dinner shot or party pick-me-up.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Baileys® Original Irish Cream
  • 0.5 oz Amaretto Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Banana Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Fill your mixing cup a quarter full with ice to ensure the drink is chilled.
  2. Pour in the Bailey's® Irish Cream, Amaretto, and Banana Liqueur.
  3. Secure the lid on your shaker and shake well to blend the flavors.
  4. Strain the mixture into a shot glass to serve.
  5. For a twist, you may also serve it on the rocks if desired.
