Arthur's Day Dream

Bright and strawberry-forward with a tangy lemon lift and the warm, slightly oaky backbone of reposado tequila. Piled high over crushed ice it pours a vivid pink and finishes fizzy from the soda, garnished with a sugar-dipped strawberry for extra sweetness. A refreshing, easy-to-drink long cocktail that balances fruit and citrus, great for summer or a casual gathering.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Tequila Reposado
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz Strawberry Syrup
  • 3 oz Strawberry Puree
  • 2 oz Soda Water

Instructions

  1. In a collins glass, add the gold tequila, lemon juice, strawberry syrup, and strawberry puree.
  2. Fill three-quarters of the glass with crushed ice.
  3. Briefly blend or stir the mixture to combine the ingredients evenly.
  4. Top off the drink with soda water to add a refreshing fizzy touch.
  5. Serve the drink with straws for easy sipping.
  6. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sugar-dipped strawberry to enhance the visual appeal.
