The Bozek

Bright pineapple sweetness meets a punchy squeeze of lime over a solid vodka backbone, resulting in a tropical, tart, and very drinkable cocktail. Served on the rocks in an Old-Fashioned glass it looks pale yellow and refreshing, worth trying if you want a simple, summery sipper with a noticeable kick.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Absolut® Vodka
  • 0.25 cup Lime Juice
  • 0.5 cup Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  1. Fill an Old-Fashioned Glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the Absolut® Vodka over the ice.
  3. Add lime juice to the glass.
  4. Top off with pineapple juice.
  5. Stir the drink vigorously to ensure all ingredients are well mixed.
