A lush, creamy strawberry cocktail with pronounced sweet fruit and a toasty almond note from Disaronno. It pours a pale pink, velvety texture topped with a sugar-dipped strawberry for visual flair and a crunchy contrast. Great as a dessert-style sipper when you want something smooth, fruity and indulgent.

Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz Disaronno® Amaretto Liqueur
  • 1 oz White Rum
  • 1 oz Cream
  • 1.5 oz Strawberry Puree
  • 0.33 oz Strawberry Syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine Amaretto Di Saronno® Liqueur, white rum, double cream, strawberry puree, and strawberry syrup in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add half a glassful of crushed ice into the shaker.
  3. Blend the mixture briefly but thoroughly until it's well combined and chilled.
  4. Strain the drink into a cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish the drink with a sugar-dipped strawberry before serving.
