Bright and tropical, the Blue Tap balances sweet pineapple with a zesty orange note from Blue Curaçao and the clean agave bite of blanco tequila. Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Tequila Blanco
  • 0.5 oz Blue Curaçao Liqueur
  • 4 oz Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  1. Shake the white tequila and pineapple juice thoroughly with ice to mix the flavors.
  2. Carefully strain the mixture into a chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  3. Gently pour the Blue Curacao liqueur into the center of the drink to create a layered effect.
