Irish Rickey

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Irish Whiskey
• 0.5 Lime Lime Juice
• Fill Carbonated Water

Instructions

1. Pour the Irish whiskey into a highball glass over ice cubes.
2. Add freshly squeezed juice from half a lime into the glass.
3. Fill the glass with carbonated water.
4. Gently stir the mixture to combine.
5. Garnish with a wedge of lime on the rim of the glass.
