Bright, aromatic fizz where Strega's honeyed, saffron-and-herbal notes meet dry, bubbly Champagne, yielding a pale golden drink with a persistent mousse. It's worth trying for its unusual herbal sweetness balanced by effervescence and for how effortlessly elegant and celebratory it feels.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Champagne
  • 2 oz Liquore Strega®

Instructions

  1. Chill a white wine glass by placing it in the refrigerator or filling it with ice and cold water for a few minutes.
  2. Discard the chilling ice or water if used, leaving the glass cold.
  3. Pour the Strega® Liqueur into the chilled glass.
  4. Add the Champagne to the glass with the liqueur.
  5. Gently stir the mixture to combine the ingredients, being careful not to lose the carbonation of the Champagne.
  6. Serve immediately to enjoy the perfect blend of flavors.
