Kiwi Casa

Bright, tart-sweet kiwi pairs with clean white rum and a splash of soda for a light, effervescent tropical refresher. Pours pale green in a tall hurricane over ice and finished with a kiwi wheel, ideal for summer sipping or poolside lounging.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz White Rum
  • 2 oz Kiwi Juice
  • 1 oz Soda Water

Instructions

  1. Combine white rum and kiwi juice in a mixing glass with ice cubes.
  2. Stir until the mixture is well chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a hurricane glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
  4. Top with soda.
  5. Garnish with a fresh slice of kiwi before serving.
