Cape Snow

A creamy, dessert-style cocktail that blends brandy's warm depth with bright, tangerine-like Van Der Hum and rich vanilla ice cream. It looks pale orange and velvety with a light froth and an orange slice on the rim. Great as an easy, indulgent after-dinner drink or a quick party dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Brandy
  • 1 oz Van Der Hum® Liqueur
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions

  1. Combine brandy, Van Der Hum® liqueur, and vanilla ice cream in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth but not too frothy.
  3. Pour the mixture into a wine goblet.
  4. Garnish with a slice of orange on the rim.
  5. Serve immediately.
