Naughty Angel

A decadent, velvety sip of white chocolate with a sharp, warming bite from high-proof rum, very sweet and dessert-like with obvious chocolate and vanilla notes. It pours a pale ivory into a chilled cordial glass and is worth trying as a quick, indulgent after-dinner sipper that's deceptively potent.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz White Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1 oz Bacardi® Superior Rum

Instructions

  1. Pour the white chocolate liqueur into a mixing glass.
  2. Add the Bacardi 151 proof rum to the glass.
  3. Stir the ingredients gently with a bar spoon until well mixed.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled cordial glass.
