Black Metal

A dark, warming sipper where whiskey and dark rum meet coffee liqueur for pronounced coffee, caramel and molasses notes with a hint of oak. It pours deep brown and slightly viscous, served chilled and clear in a sour glass. Worth trying as an easy dessert-style nightcap or after-dinner drink when you want a rich, boozy treat with minimal effort.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Whiskey
  • 1 oz Dark Rum
  • 2 oz Coffee Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Pour whiskey, dark rum, and coffee liqueur into a mixing glass filled with ice cubes.
  2. Stir the mixture gently to combine the ingredients well.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a whiskey sour glass.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy the rich blend of flavors.
