Amalfi Dream

Bright, citrus-forward sipper where sweet Italian limoncello and tart lemon juice balance clean vodka; a few crushed mint leaves add a fresh herbal lift and aroma. It pours a pale sunlit yellow in a chilled cocktail glass and is an easy, refreshing aperitif for warm-weather drinking.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 oz Limoncello Liqueur
  • 1 2/3 oz Stoli® Vodka
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add Limoncello Lemon Liqueur, Stolichnaya® Vodka, and fresh lemon juice to the shaker.
  3. Add 5 fresh mint leaves.
  4. Shake the mixture vigorously for about 10 seconds.
  5. Strain the drink into a chilled cocktail glass.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
