A fizzy, sweet highball that pairs neutral vodka with banana liqueur for a pronounced banana note, brightened by gingery, effervescent ginger ale. It pours pale gold over ice with a red cherry on top, making for an easy, playful-looking drink. Worth trying if you want a light, refreshing, crowd-pleasing cocktail that’s quick to make and distinctly fruity.

Ingredients

  • 2 cl Finlandia® Vodka
  • 2 cl Banana Liqueur
  • Fill Ginger Ale

Instructions

  1. Add a couple of ice cubes to a highball glass.
  2. Pour the Finlandia® Vodka into the glass.
  3. Add the banana liqueur.
  4. Fill the glass with ginger ale.
  5. Stir gently a couple of times.
  6. Garnish with a red cherry.
  7. Add a straw and serve.
