Batida Abaci

A bright, tropical sipper where juicy pineapple and a touch of sugar let the grassy, slightly funky character of cachaça shine. It pours a pale yellow, slightly frothy slushy into a white wine glass and drinks smooth and refreshing. Worth trying if you like uncomplicated, fruit-forward cocktails with a Brazilian twist.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Sagatiba® Pura Cachaça
  • 4 oz Pineapple
  • 0.5 tsp Granulated Sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine the Sagatiba Pura, pineapples, and granulated sugar in a blender.
  2. Add one cup of ice to the mixture.
  3. Blend the ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Carefully pour the blended mixture into a white wine glass.
