The River Rock Martini

Bright and tropical, the River Rock Martini pairs passionfruit liqueur and pineapple rum with fresh pineapple and lime for a sweet-tart, island-style sip. It pours a golden-pink hue into a chilled hurricane glass and is finished with a pineapple wedge and cherry for playful presentation. Easy and refreshing, it’s a crowd-pleasing choice when you want a fruity, beachy cocktail without fuss.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Alizé® Red Passion Liqueur
  • 1 oz Malibu® Pineapple Rum
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Lime Juice

Instructions

  1. Combine the Alize® Red Passion Liqueur, Malibu® Pineapple Rum, pineapple juice, and lime juice in a shaker.
  2. Vigorously shake the mixture to blend all flavors well.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled hurricane glass.
  4. Garnish with a piece of pineapple and a cherry on top.
