Green Eyes

A bright, tropical cocktail where juicy pineapple and creamy coconut wrap around the honeyed sweetness of Midori, with lime juice cutting the sweetness to keep it lively. It pours a pale green, slightly opaque hue and drinks smooth and dessert-like without being cloying. Worth trying if you like fruity, tiki-adjacent sips with a silky mouthfeel and vivid color.

Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz Midori® Melon Liqueur
  • 1 oz Rum
  • 0.5 oz Rose's® Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Coconut Cream
  • 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  1. Combine Midori Melon Liqueur, Rum, Rose's Sweetened Lime Juice, Cream of Coconut, and Pineapple Juice in a shaker filled with crushed ice.
  2. Stir the ingredients well until they are fully mixed and chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Optionally, garnish if desired.
