Blue Neptune

Bright and citrus-forward, the Blue Neptune balances zesty lemon and a touch of caster sugar with orange vodka and a splash of blue curaçao for a sweet-tart, approachable sip. Its vivid electric-blue hue and sugared rim make it eye-catching, while the lemon peel adds a fresh aromatic lift. Ingredients

  • 2 oz Orange Vodka
  • 0.25 oz Blue Curaçao Liqueur
  • 1 part Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Caster Sugar

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with orange vodka, blue curacao, lemon juice, and a few ice cubes.
  2. Shake the mixture vigorously to ensure all ingredients are well mixed and chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass that is rimmed with superfine sugar.
  4. Gently place a lemon peel on top of the drink for garnish.
