Caribbean Martini

A light, tropical sipper that marries sweet vanilla vodka with coconut rum and a whisper of pineapple for a creamy-coconut, slightly fruity profile. It pours pale straw-yellow, is chilled and smooth from shaking, and makes a convenient, crowd-pleasing choice when you want a simple summer cocktail with a dessert-like edge.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Stoli® Vanil Vodka
  • 0.75 oz Malibu® Coconut Rum
  • 1 splash Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  1. Add the Stoli® Vanilla Vodka, Malibu® Rum, and a splash of Pineapple Juice into a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake the mixture thoroughly until well chilled.
  3. Strain the contents into a chilled cocktail glass.
