Tropical Life Saver #2

A bright, tropical highball that blends sweet Midori melon and coconut rum with citrus vodka and pineapple for an easy, candy-like fruitiness. Pale green to golden and topped with a splash of 7-Up, it’s fizzy, refreshing, and effortless, ideal for summer gatherings or when you want a light, crowd-pleasing sip.

Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz Midori® Melon Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Malibu® Coconut Rum
  • 0.5 oz Absolut® Citron Vodka
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Sour Mix
  • 1 splash 7Up®

Instructions

  1. Chill a highball glass with ice and set aside.
  2. In a shaker, combine the Midori® Melon Liqueur, Malibu® Rum, Absolut® Citron, pineapple juice, and sour mix.
  3. Shake the mixture well to ensure it is thoroughly combined and chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Top off the drink with a splash of 7-Up for a refreshing finish.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy the tropical flavors.
