It presents as a pale tan shaken cocktail with a darker high-proof rum layer sitting on the surface for a dramatic look. Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Coffee Brandy
  • 1.5 oz Light Rum
  • 1 tsp 151 Proof Rum
  • 0.25 oz Cream

Instructions

  1. Combine coffee brandy, light rum, and cream in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well until the mixture is chilled and blended.
  3. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass.
  4. Gently pour over the 151 proof rum, allowing it to float on top.
