Smoky Scotch meets the sweet, herbal vanilla of Galliano for a smooth, slightly sweet sipper with anise and vanilla highlights. Served over crushed ice with a lime wedge, it looks frosty and bright and is worth trying if you enjoy spirit-forward, herbaceous cocktails with a sweet finish.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Scotch
  • 1 oz Galliano® Herbal Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Fill an old-fashioned glass with crushed ice.
  2. Pour the scotch over the ice.
  3. Add Galliano to the glass.
  4. Stir the mixture well until thoroughly combined.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
