Happy Holly-daze

A velvety, dessert-style cocktail that layers coffee and cream with a bright mint finish. Think iced mocha meets peppermint bark. Ingredients

  • 2 oz Baileys® Original Irish Cream
  • 2 oz Kahlúa® Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 oz Spiced Rum
  • 1 oz Peppermint Schnapps
  • 3 oz Milk

Instructions

  1. Add Baileys® Irish Cream, Kahlua® Coffee Liqueur, spiced rum, peppermint schnapps, and milk into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well mixed and chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a Collins glass, ensuring any remaining ice stays in the shaker.
