Campari Martini

Bright and bitter, the Campari Martini pairs the herbal, bittersweet bite of Campari with clean vodka for a bold, slightly astringent sip. It presents a striking ruby-red color and is served chilled up with a lime twist that adds fresh citrus oils on the nose. Ingredients

  • 3 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Campari® Bitter

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with cracked ice.
  2. Add vodka and Campari bitters to the shaker.
  3. Shake well until the mixture is thoroughly chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with a twist of lime before serving.
